Booked my oil change and tire rotation at this dealership kinda by mistake because I didn't double check the location. Yet I'm glad I took my truck to be serviced here. The representatives both at Service and Cashier were so helpful and went above and beyond. Won't mind coming back here even if it's a bit out of my way.

Average to fair service

The crew there is always pleasant and I’m in and out in no time for routine oil changes. Oh, and the complimentary coffee/espresso is a great incentive for customers!

Brought my ‘21 Silverado in for a transmission service. Max got me in a day earlier than my scheduled appointment date. The tech performed the work and got me back on my say within 2-2.5hrs of my arrival. Have my truck back and as of now, no shudder or bucking of the transmission.

We had a positive experience in buying a new car at Bob Boyte. Our sales representative was perceptive in understand our needs in buying a new car and was able to search and find a new car for us. Paperwork with sales person and finance rep was easily done and were able to handle and correct a mistake on our part. This is the third car we've bought from this dealership.

My experience with the purchase of my new vehicle was made easy by my salesman Rashad Culbertson. Rashad was extremely helpful in getting me a fair deal one that I was comfortable with. He has since followed up with me several times making sure we are happy with the vehicle which we are. This is our 2nd vehicle to purchase at the dealership from him , I would and have recommended him several times. Also Max Gruich has bent over backwards to help us in the past and he also has always kept me informed of the status of my vehicle as it was being repaired. He is top notch. I have also dealt with Tammy Ray when max wasn’t available, she is also top notch. These folks are the reason I came back for my new vehicle. I can recommend them and the dealership highly.

I only had my tires rotated. I was in and out very quickly and every person I spoke to was pleasant.

Excellent service

Prompt, efficient and professional service ---especially with help of Ms Ray, the assistant service director. She explained all mitigating circircumstances, as applied to top maintenance of my vehicle. She also accurately disclosed amounts I could use from my GM Rewards account, when making payment. The service I have received from this dealership over the past 20 years has been #1 compared to any others in MS.

Pretty decent service, nothing special just in and out in about 2 hours for oil/filter change, and tire rotation. Not sure how long my vehicle sat before I noticed and asked if service was complete to a service tech who was not the one I checked the vehicle in with. She was nice and paged my person who had to finish his conversation with I think might be the department manager before attending to me the customer. That was a bit odd.

I thorougly enjoyed my buying experience. Alicia was professional while also being relaxed and friendly. I would highly recommend her to my colleagues.

The service is always great; I just have an issue with the pushed upgrade that my truck is requesting. I did the upgrade on Saturday and Sunday it would not start showing error codes that stated service engine and transmission soon and P129F. I forwarded this to the service department, and they stated my battery was dead that they only seen the code after they put in a $300 dollar battery. I believe it was the push upgrade that caused my battery to die and I think Chevy should have paid for the battery.

The online price at booking was $300, but the service wound up being $600, sooo

I would rate the dealership as great, however this Silverado left me stranded on the highway for over 3hours because of a faulty fuel module….If it would have happened 5 minutes earlier I would have been stuck in a tunnel that would have backed traffic up for miles and very dangerous….it’s going to take a while before trusting this truck with only 11k on it to take me and my family anywhere far from home…

I have went to this location twice and both times had issues and concerns with the work done. In simple terms, I am not able to trust this location for anything and will not be returning back.

It was great! We did not have any excessive wait times and our salesman, Mr. Chris, helped us with everything we needed!

My appointment was for 11:00 am and once again my car didn’t enter the garage until 11:45 am, I was there again almost 2 hours for a simple oil change and tire rotation, it happens all the time, why even make an appointment, that’s why sometimes now I go to NTB. Max in service is the only reason why I come back to the dealership

Customer service is exceptional!

Colin was absolutely the best! This was my first time needing a major repair on any car I have ever owned, and I was pretty nervous about it. Colin communicated every step of the way and did an exceptional job framing the cost and timeline, so I knew exactly what to expect. The whole staff was great, if i'm being honest. From the guy that gave me a ride to Enterprise, to the mechanics doing an exceptional job, to Tammy with the assists. A+++ in book. Thanks for what yall do!

Everyone was friendly and welcoming. Finance was a little backed up so it took longer than expected but several people came and checked in on us. We drove from another State because of their willingness to assist and if I am in the market for another vehicle I would definitely visit again.

On Tuesday Called and complained that mandal couldn’t get me in until Thursday so Colin said don’t worry I have an appointment tomorrow morning at 0830. I brought the truck in Tuesday night to make sure it would be there early. Then they didn’t even touch it for 48 hours which was worse. Shady tactic to try and get business.

I lost my vehicle in a flood. The dealership did not have my vehicle color in stock. My salesman, Camilo Rodriguez Perez, located a suitable vehicle and brought it to the dealership in a matter of days. This was a catastrophic event for me and Mr. Perez provided comfort and guidance for me. Mr. Perez picked me up at my home and brought me to the dealership. I couldn't be more satisfied with my engagement with Bob Boyte Chevrolet.
