Usually dealerships can't make time for last minute appointments. When I called in told the guy who answered it really needed it done today. He said we will squeeze you in. I can't begin to tell you how nice it is to receive that kind of treatment. I will definetly be back!

I went in for an oil change and tire rotation. My appointment was at 11:30 and I called to see if I could go in early and the service department swiftly got me in early with absolutely no resistance. While there, they recognized that I had a recall on my vehicle and fixed it at no cost to me and were kind and polite throughout the whole visit! I will drive well out of my way to go to this dealer without a doubt!

I had an appointment to get my Silverado serviced. Maxx greeted my promptly & got me checked in right away. He offered to shuttle me home or office but my wife was there to pick me up. He called as soon as my truck was finished. 5* MAXX

Cody and the team at Bob Boyte do an excellent job of taking care of my car, answering my questions and treating me as a friend, not just a customer. That makes my experience exceptional.

I’d rather things be done right than in a hurry. Service reps have been great. Service manager is also very visible. He RIDES them!

Service area’s communication is in need of improvement. If I did not call at the end of each workday I would not receive updates on the status of the vehicle. This is upsetting after 3rd or 4th day of not having ones car unexpectedly.

I made an appointment online for a recall fix on my vehicle. I was able to schedule within a week and it was an easy process. They were busy when I arrived, yet were friendly and respectful towards me and my reason for being there. Problem resolved and on my way in a little more than an hour. Great experience!

The customer service was amazing. Every associate that I had to talk to was very friendly, and some of the other associates that walked by the service waiting area stopped and talked to myself, as well as the other customers. I know I really appreciated that and I'm sure the others did too.

I had an appointment for 11:00 for regular maintenance, but it was 12:30 before my vehicle was actually driven into the bay to begin work. I inquired about this - wondered if it was to my advantage to even make an appointment, and was told indeed it was. When checking out after the work was done (2.5 hours later), expressed my disappointment at the delay in getting the work done considering I had an appointment. My service writer explained they were unexpectedly slammed with customers. It was obvious those walk-ins were worked in between those with appointments, which caused the appointments to run several hours late. My service writer apologized for this, and provided a free oil change for my next maintenance visit to compensate for the substantial delay this time. This was much appreciated. The customer service as always was excellent, quality of service was excellent, and the attention to detail regarding services needed was excellent. The only grievance was the substantial delay in getting the work done considering my appointment time. However, the service writer provided a free oil change for the next regular maintenance visit. Overall, I was satisfied with my experience.

Quick turnaround for my oil change….Your service rep Cody was excellent, good people like him are hard to find..The only thing that would help me is to have a car wash to go along with any service. But I do thank you for the service you do provide. Robert Kroll

Everyone I encountered at the dealership that morning was very nice. My appointment time went great and my car was finished before I expected. If I could have given more than five stars I would have. Very pleased with the service I get when I come in.

Dealing with Sales and Finance was a “ No Pressure” Experience . All were so helpful and the process was really speedy . The Team did not have the exact vehicle that met my needs in Stock , they immediately found it and delivered the next day and it even had a few extras that I did not expect . On a scale of 10 I would give Bob BOYTE a 12.

I arrived 10 minutes early for my oil change appt. and had to wait 2 hours and 30 minutes to complete the process. This is just too long to wait when I can shoot into a Quick Lube and have the process done in 10 minutes.

Chris was super helpful throughout the entire process. He made the car buying experience easy and fun! 10/10 would recommend sending anyone his way!

Very easy, not stressful at all

I ordered four tires, two came in wrong, but since nobody checks anything, it was four hours before they knew that the front two tires were the wrong size. To change two tires have an oil change and replace the battery. It was over six hours, which is excessive. Came back the following Monday for the other two tires and it took five hours to change two tires there is no explanation that makes sense in total nearly 12 hours of wait time for four tires one oil change and one battery.

Most pleasant service visit I have had. Was greeted promptly and she made sure all my issues would be addressed. Was completed as promised.
